Who we are

DGS Consulting is a New York City–based nonprofit strategic events and fundraising advisory.

We design bespoke, development-driven experiences and thoughtfully curated fundraising initiatives that advance both immediate priorities and long-term goals. At the heart of our work are intentional donor engagement strategies and purposeful communications which strengthen relationships and deepen impact.

Our event portfolio includes galas, benefits, campaign launches, alumni reunions and gatherings, cultivation dinners, donor recognition events, and more — each crafted with purpose, precision and strategic clarity.

Beyond events, we partner with organizations on the foundational work of building and nurturing meaningful, lasting donor engagement, including Board and volunteer participation, to set the stage for successful Annual Funds and Capital Campaigns.
